Simona Muratori is a poetess, a scientist and an engineer, passionately committed to the evolution of love. Currently working in a research institute dealing with environmental problems, she has a quite varied professional story, including being manager in a grant-making foundation, yoga teacher, professor of systems theory, facilitator of personal growth groups. As you may see from these few lines, she loves to search for links and connections among different and even contradictory activities and subjects, and to weave them together, intrigued by paradox. The two qualities Simona tries most to stick to are rigorousness and humor, considering both a necessary ingredient to evolution.
At the Summer Festival of Love 2019, you can experience Simona’s Hata yoga. As an early morning practice, it is a great way to enter the day with a moment of intimacy with your body and with yourself, as well as with reality. We’ll practice yoga with the intention of embodying outrageous love and the qualities of Eros. It will be effort and pleasure. It will help us to strengthen and open up our hearts to support our journey.
