Some 7 years ago I discovered that a practice of daily sitting meditation brought a wondrous extra to my life! It makes me aware of (and therefore less dependent on) the daily madness that is playing in my head! Especially Mondo Zen meditation has become my way of concentrating my mind. It helps me to see what is also going on inside of me, beneath the superficial layer of ‘routine-behavior’.
This practice has enriched my life enormously and I am totally pleased to offer you the possibility for a silent meditation in the early morning!
